Transformational Conversation:

In a coaching session you will be focusing, possibly in a way you are not used to. We will dedicate time to clarify what you really want and how you might achieve it. There are reasons for us not reaching our goals and these are often inside us. With this in mind, we hold the keys to our own success.

I will be listening profoundly, digging deeply with pertinent questions – always making sure you are fully in the process & saying yes to the next step. You will be challenged to leave your comfort zone, release limiting beliefs, to grow and become more authentically you.

Transformational Body Work:

Massage and Energy Work.

Massage is a great way to relax and relieve tension in the mind and body. I offer massage as “dry” chair massage as a mobile service and “oiled” table massage at my home based clinic.

Energy work enables deeper release and processing, addressing inner blockages in a non-verbal manner. Although I am happy to perform straight forwards massage, my training and experience supports the use of energy work when the client is ready.

As primates we are hard wired to receive touch. As human beings, with often high levels of stress and little space to process the challenges that busy lives throw at us, we have a tendency to store tension in our bodies. Our instinctive intelligence is great at ‘hiding’ what we are unable or unwilling to deal with. Unfortunately for us, we are usually unskilled at finding and relieving this stored drama, stress and trauma, and we end up carrying it in our physiques. The good news, is that Transformational body work can support us in releasing, processing and integrating what is no longer serving us.. The benefits of body work go far beyond improved physical wellbeing, as our mental, emotional and spiritual faculties are inevitably affected.

 

Health Coaching:

Coaching with the specific focus on your health.  What will it take for you to achieve the health goals you desire? In addition to my coaching abilities, I offer you over 15 years of experience in the Health Industry, functional testing and a wide rage of health products when necessary and desired.
